70x7 ("we," "us") provides website design and development services for local businesses. Services include single-page landing pages, multi-page websites, and optional monthly maintenance plans as described on our pricing page.
All prices are in USD. No setup fees on any plan. Prices are subject to change but will be honored for active subscriptions.
Your plan includes 2 revision rounds. A revision round consists of one batch of feedback addressed in a single update. Text and content changes are always free and completed within 3 business days. Layout restructuring or new sections may be quoted separately.
We operate on a see-before-you-buy model. For cold outreach prospects, you see a preview of your site before paying.
If your Google PageSpeed Insights score does not improve by at least 30 points (mobile or desktop) within 30 days of your site going live, you are entitled to a full refund. The baseline score is measured from your existing website at the time of purchase. If you do not have an existing website, this guarantee does not apply. To claim, email nicholas@nac70x7.com with a screenshot of both the before and after PageSpeed scores within the 30-day window.
Content tweaks and text changes included in your plan will be completed within 3 business days of your request. Layout restructuring or new sections may require additional time and may be quoted separately.
Upon full payment, you own all code, copy, and design assets created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, icons) are licensed under their respective terms and may require separate attribution.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. Typical timelines:
Delays caused by client response times (feedback, asset delivery, domain access) are not included in the estimated timeline.
You are responsible for providing:
Sites are deployed on Vercel unless otherwise agreed. Hosting is included with monthly maintenance plans. If you cancel maintenance, you are responsible for your own hosting. We will provide all source files and deployment instructions.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business interruption.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If we terminate, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered work. If you terminate after work has begun, any deposit is non-refundable but you retain ownership of all work completed to date.
