Terms of Service

1. Services

70x7 ("we," "us") provides website design and development services for local businesses. Services include single-page landing pages, multi-page websites, and optional monthly maintenance plans as described on our pricing page.

2. Pricing and Payment

Landing Page ($997): Full payment required upfront via Stripe. Work begins after payment is received.
Custom Site ($2,500–$4,500): 50% deposit required to begin work. Remaining 50% due before go-live.
Creative Direction ($7,500): 50% deposit required to begin work. Remaining 50% due before go-live.
Monthly Maintenance ($99–$299/mo): Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change but will be honored for projects already in progress.

3. Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (1–3 depending on plan). A revision round consists of one batch of feedback addressed in a single update. Additional revisions beyond included rounds are billed at $150/hour, quoted before work begins.

4. Refund Policy

We operate on a see-before-you-buy model. For cold outreach prospects, you see a preview of your site before paying.

One free revision round is included with every project.
Full refund available within 7 days of payment if you are unsatisfied after the included revision round.
After 7 days or once a custom domain is connected to your site, the sale is final.
Monthly maintenance plans: cancel anytime, no partial-month refunds. Code export provided within 7 business days of cancellation.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all code, copy, and design assets created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, icons) are licensed under their respective terms and may require separate attribution.

6. Deliverables and Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. Typical timelines:

Landing Page: 3–5 business days
Custom Site: 5–10 business days
Creative Direction: 7–14 business days

Delays caused by client response times (feedback, asset delivery, domain access) are not included in the estimated timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

Business logo and brand assets
Photos and content for the site
Domain name access (or purchase a domain if needed)
Timely feedback during revision rounds

8. Hosting and Maintenance

Sites are deployed on Vercel unless otherwise agreed. Hosting is included with monthly maintenance plans. If you cancel maintenance, you are responsible for your own hosting. We will provide all source files and deployment instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If we terminate, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered work. If you terminate after work has begun, any deposit is non-refundable but you retain ownership of all work completed to date.
